The 52nd Rotary Institute of the Soul Quito 2026 will be a vital platform for knowledge exchange and the creation of partnerships that will allow us to continue making a positive impact in our communities and around the world.

With deep Rotary emotion and the pride of being your hosts, it is an honor to address the leaders of the Rotary community and friends of Zone 23B and our beloved Region 30, on behalf of the Organizing Committee of the 52nd Rotary Institute of the Soul Quito 2026: Convener DRI César Luis Scherer, Co-Convener EDRI Julio César Silva Santisteban, Chairman DG Kleber Vaca Garzón, and Co-Chairman PDG Aníbal Robles Ocampo.
Beyond formality, and with profound conviction, the 52nd Rotary Institute of the Soul Quito 2026 will not be merely an event, but a convergence of souls and minds with a shared purpose. Under the theme “The Strength of a Shared Spirit,” we will gather to discuss the future, but above all, to remember the philosophical roots that sustain our work.
From October 22 to 24, 2026, Quito, the “Light of America” and a UNESCO World Heritage City, will proudly welcome our Rotary family under the inspiring theme “The Strength of a Shared Spirit.” This Institute will not simply be an administrative meeting; it will be a crucible of inspiration, a platform for learning, and, above all, a unique opportunity to strengthen the bonds of friendship and collaboration that define us as Rotarians.
During these days, we will have the opportunity to:
• Learn about and discuss the priorities and direction of Rotary International.
• Be inspired by the vision of RI President 2025-2026 Francesco Arezzo, RI President-Elect 2026-2027 Olayinka Hakeem Babalola, and other world-class leaders.
• Share our best practices, celebrate the impact of our service projects, and plan joint actions to build a future of hope in our countries.
• Enjoy Ecuadorian hospitality by visiting Ecuador, the country of the four worlds. In just a few hours, this nation offers the majesty of the Andes, the Amazon rainforest, the Pacific coast, and the enigmatic Galápagos Islands, allowing you to discover immense cultural and historical wealth. In addition, Quito —declared a World Heritage Site— offers an exquisite culinary scene that will delight all your senses.
Rotary is the manifestation of a timeless idea, where selfless service is the architecture of peace and the fabric that unites humanity.
